Bluebirds Into The Top Six
Cardiff's Championship season continued with a win against Bolton at the Macron Stadium on Saturday.
Having already twice led, the Bluebirds secured a late three-two win at the weekend.
Loanee from Charlton Tony Watt (13) scored via the post early on; his first for the club, to put Cardiff ahead but Gary Madine (17) soon had Bolton level as he curled in from the edge of the area.
The Bluebirds restored the lead when Scott Malone (53) forced the ball home early in the second half before Dorian Dervite (71) looked to have earned the Trotters a share of the points.

Having let a two-goal lead slip in the draw with Burnley a week earlier Cardiff weren't letting these points go with Anthony Pilkington (80) volleying home a Kenwyne Jones flick on 10-minutes from time for the winner.

Looking at these results the stand out ones have to be the wins for Huddersfield, Brighton and Preston.
A first win for Huddersfield under new boss David Wagner was secured at St Andrew's when Town beat Birmingham, who dropped out of the top six, two-nil to themselves move out of the Championship relegation zone.
The Brighton win, which sees them retain the lead in the Championship, over Charlton wasn't a surprise but with the Seagulls two-nil down in the second half on that note it was! This fightback saw them score twice in the final five-minutes to complete the comeback to win three-two at the Amex Stadium.
Burnley's unbeaten run was ended by Lancashire rivals Preston with the Lilywhites, causing what must be viewed as a surprise win, earning the points against the Clarets with them going away from Turf Moor with a two-nil win.
