QPR Fan's View On Cardiff Clash

Vital Cardiff City spoke to QPR fan John Lambert ahead of the Cardiff vs QPR clash:

Big changes on and off the pitch - what are your views?

It`s a good time to be a Hoops fan right now, we`re being linked with everybody under the sun and making some decent signings. Obviously the investment has made a huge difference and allowed the changes, which to be honest - we desperately needed.

What are your thoughts on the signings?

Buzsaky looks a great player to me, a really good signing while Vine and Agyemang are both strong players in attack, both of whom score goals! I also think Delaney from Hull is an astute buy and will add some control to the side. We released Stefan Moore, who I always expected to come good, but he never really took off.

You`ve climbed the table rapidly, aiming for play-offs now?!?

Well we`ve had some good results but we`re not consistent by any means. The new players coming in are in their honeymoon periods now but will need time to gel so whilst I think preparing for next season is the key, why not keep pushing and see where we are in March…? At least we`re not looking at relegation now!

QPR player to watch - how will they hurt us?

I don`t even know to be honest! It could be any, up front Pat Agyemang is looking good and scoring regularly, Buszaky is busy in midfield and Macienne (if he plays!) is going to be a great defender.

If you could have one Cardiff player on a free, who and why?

That McNaughton fella scored a craker in the FA Cup but I`d choose Peter Whittingham, always though he was in for a bright career and he`s got a great left peg on him.

Prediction for the game?

This`ll be a tough one for our boys, especially away from home but I`d back us to get a point in a 1-1 draw.
