Cardiff Man Returns To Training
Cardiff City's veteran midfielder Trevor Sinclair is back in full training and almost ready for a first team return.
The winger started well at Cardiff and looked bright and lively in possession. However, a knee problem saw him seidelined and he subsequently needed surgery to wash out the joint.
Sinclair has not featured for several months but may provide competition for places and allow Paul Parry to continue his impressive form in attack, rather than on the wing.
Sinclair is not yet fir to feature in the FAW Premier cup game this week, but could return to the bench for the FA Cup game against Hereford or the midweek Championship clash with QPR.
