Scunthorpe United are coming to Ninian Park this weekend and will fancy their chances of getting a result against the out-of-sorts Bluebirds.
The Iron has enjoyed a positive start to the season, and some impressive wins have propelled the promoted side to the upper regions of the Championship. Predicted to struggle withoit ertwhile top scorer Billy Sharp - the Iron have impressed with Martin Paterson at the forefront and a stingy defence helping them to progress.
Only promotion favourites West Brom and Watford have been victorious in 7 games against Scunny and they have picked up 7 points from the last 9 available in away matches.
Cardiff City are in poor form, under pressure and struggling, escecially at home. Some reasonable performances have yielded no points while profligacy in front of goals and defensive frailties have proved costly.
Cardiff City's under-performiong stars and manager desperately need a win, and the stage is set with Scunthorpe ripe for the taking. It will certainly not be easy, but the game is winnable and we need to perform.
Down in 16th place, one win in 8 and Cardiff are looking weak. The quality is there but the team is nopt functioning and results have not been as expected. The goals are coming, but defensive lapses are costly and we need to cut out the mistakes and indecision.
The pressure is on for a result, and VitalCardiff believes we eill get one with a narrow 2-1 win. Hopefully it will be the start of a mch needed run of improved results/
