Vital Cardiff City spoke to Sheffield Unitedfan 'Coops' ahead of tonight's game at Brammall Lane.
Are you happy with your departures / signings ?
Of the signings only James Beattie has been a success so far. Hopefully Lee Hendrie will prove to be a good acquisition in time. I think the departures have hurt us. We lost Jagielka, Kozluk, Kazim-Richards, Claude Davis and Christian Nade and with them a lot of our pace and power.
A satisfactory start to the season?
Not at all. Two good wins against WBA and Wolves but very poor apart from that. Bryan Robson is coming under pressure already.
Is this a must win game for the Blades then??
I'm sure we will put out the strongest side although I think Robson has yet to decide on what his best team is.
Sheff Utd player to watch, how will they hurt us?
Jon Stead. Tall, quick, skillful and a good finisher. I'm at a loss as to why he has struggled in the last few years.
If you could have one Cardiff player on a free, who and why?
It would have to be a midfielder so I'll go for Joe Ledley.
Prediction for the game?
I think it will be a tight, tense affair but I think we'll nick it by a goal.
Thanks to Coops for his views, an important game looming for both clubs who desperately need a win to kickstart their season and launch a charge up the table.
