Cardiff Injury Worry Over Key Duo

Cardiff City could be without two key players for tonight's Champiosnhip clash against Sheffield United.


Both wide midfielders are carrying knocks for the Bluebirds and are rated as doubtful for the encounter. Joe Ledley has a bruised foot while veteran right winger Trevor Sinclair suffered a heavy blow to his knee.


Ledley has started over 50 consecutive league games for Cardiff City while Trevor Sinclair has been ever-present in the league and missed only the Carling Cup ties against Brighton and Leyton Orient.


Both players will undergo late fitness test but a mark of Cardiff's increased squad depth is that Peter Whittingham (left) and Paul Parry (right) are standing by to come in and provide the width to the Cardiff midfield.
