Cardiff's Thommo 'Chucked' Off Coach
Cardiff City manager threw transfer-listed striker Steve Thompson from the first team coach last night.
Thompson did not feature on the bench as he has done recently, but this was due to illness.
Dave Jones told the SW Echo:
'He was throwing up. I chucked him off the coach immediately. Thommo travelled the rest of the way in a car with the kit man.'
'We could not take any risks.'
First team coach Paul Wilkinson, also ill, suffered the same fate as Jones showed no mercy - seemed to do the trick anyway!
Wishing a speedy recovery to Thommo and Paul - and the poor kitman!!!
