Watford FC manager Aidy Boothroyd has some welcome selection dilemmas to face before tonight's clash.
Boothroyd could stick with the Marlon King / Nathan Ellington partnership up-front but is tempted to bring in Darius Henderson eho changed their last match from the bench and scored two goals. Boothroyd has not ruled out a formation change to accomodate all his potent strike-force.
A similar problem awaits Boothroyd regarding his widemen with former Bluebird Jobi McAnuff's position under threat from tricky winger Adam Johnson, on-loan from Middlesborough FC.
Young defender Jordan Parkes is definately out of contention after fracturing his metatarsel in training.
Cardiff City have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the match, although Dave Jones will be hopiing that Glenn Loovens is given the all-clear on a recurrent foot injury that kept him out of the Plymouth Argyle draw.
Should Loovens return, Jones must choose whether to pick McNaughton or teenager Chris Gunter at right-back. McNaughton is the more experienced, and started the season as first choice, but is returning to action after a groin strain while Gunter returned to form with a solid performance against Argyle.
In attack, Robbie Fowler may again be rested with a slight back strain, meaning Paul Parry would continue although Steve Thompson comes into contention after his impressive equaliser on Saturday.
Joe Ledley is available after picking up a dead leg and could come in for Peter Whittingham on the left wing.
