Cardiff Fixtures Released: Stoke (H)

Cardiff Fixtures Released: Stoke (H)

Cardiff City have been handed their fixture list for the highly anticipated 2007-2008 season.

For the last 5 seasons, Cardiff have opened away from home but this time we have been handed a home starter against play-off hopefuls Stoke City. The game will take place on Saturday 11th August and hopefully kick-start a promotion puch for the Bluebirds.

The Bluebirds face a tricky Boxing Day trip to Vicarage Road to face newly relegated Watford while New Year's Day sees The Pilgrims come to Cardiff.

Another change this season means that we have a local Derby game (ish) with Bristol City who were promoted from League 1. We travel to Ashton Gate in December and host the Robins in March.

Due to strict licencing, the full fixture list is not publishable here but you can view Cardiff City's fixtures in full on the BBC Sport website who can afford the license from Football DataCo!
