Cardiff's Parry: 'Go For It'!

Cardiff City's second longest-serving player has been in good form this season after seemingly being on the brink of departure last summer. Parry has been a revelation playing on the right side of midfield and cutting in onto his stronger left foot.

Now the Welsh International has revealed his happiness with Cardiff's current situation and outlined his determination to go all out for promotion, preferably via the top two automatic spots:

We've still got every chance of automatic promotion, the points are still there to play for and, when that's the case, you've got to aim for it.'

'With eight games to go, it depends on who puts the best run together now.'

Some of the teams at the top are beginning to stumble, the likes of Southampton and Derby have fallen away slightly in recent weeks and Cardiff must aim to take advantage. The only way to succeed is to keep picking up points, especially against their rivals:

'But we're all playing each other and it's important to take points off your rivals when you play them.'

Cardiff play second placed Derby County today at Pride Park, 3pm.
