Three defeats in four has seen Aston Villa end a disappointing season on a low - title-chasing Brighton will aim to inflict another on Steve Bruce's side. Albion know a win and they'll be champions whatever Newcastle do.

Brentford can finish no lower than 11th, victory could see the Bees, currently 10th, end as high as eighth. The equation is pretty simple for Blackburn, win at Griffin Park and it should be enough to keep them in the Championship - anything less and Rovers will probably be relegated, goal difference could play a part though.

Four wins in a five game unbeaten Bristol City run has assured them Championship safety, Birmingham, 20th, know only three points at Ashton Gate will assure they enjoy a similar fate. Defeat, even a draw, and the Blues could drop below Nottingham Forest and Blackburn into the bottom-three.

Burton's prime objective of staying in the Championship has been confirmed ahead of the visit of Reading. A top-six place was confirmed for the Royals, third, who will consolidate a third-place finish heading into the play-offs if all three points are secured at the Pirelli Stadium.

Huddersfield, fifth, know a win against 13th-placed Cardiff, who can finish a place higher or one lower, and Town could finish in third ahead of a confirmed play-off bid in the coming weeks.

Back-to-back wins coupled with successive Brighton defeats means Newcastle will go up as champions with another win should Albion fail to do so - promotion is assured for the Magpies whatever the outcome of Barnsley's visit to St James' Park.

Norwich and QPR will meet again next season as the Canaries have missed out on a top-six finish whereas the R's confirmed their survival with a victory over Nottingham Forest a week ago.

A fourth defeat in five and Nottingham Forest are likely to be relegated in place on Blackburn, however, goal difference could safe them if Rovers also lose? Victory from the visit of Ipswich, 16th, wouldn't necessarily confirm Forest's safety but that - in what would be a third straight defeat for the Tractor Boys - should be the case, unless Blackburn win heavily and Birmingham also collected all three points.

Bottom-of-the-league Rotherham have shown improved form of late but relegation was confirmed long ago with the Millers 19 points adrift of second-bottom Wigan. Derby, ninth, bid to end an ultimately disappointing season with a win.

Sheffield Wednesday and Fulham are in the play-offs, the Whites position isn't mathematically secured but only a Leeds win along with a 13 goal swing in their favour will alter things. The Owls, fourth, can finish no lower than fifth with the visitors sixth.

Wigan, who saw relegation confirmed a week ago, will look to go down with a win against Leeds, almost 100% certain to miss out of the top-six unless they produce a remarkable win and Fulham are hammered at Sheffield Wednesday.

A Wolves win and 15th-place is secured, far from the expectancy when the season got underway. Preston go to Molineux looking for a first win in six, which could secure a top-10 finish.

It goes without saying the expectation; most definitely the hope at least, will be for a positive result. But will this happen? We'll find out soon enough.

Ahead of the game we're looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which requires you to vote in the latest poll in one of the options you have been given.

However, don't just look also have a say. We don't just want your vote, which you can do to the right, we also want some thoughts and views ahead of the game as well so share these below.
