February PotM Nomination - Zohore (Cardiff)

February PotM Nomination - Zohore (Cardiff)

The February nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month Award are:

Izzy Brown (Huddersfield Town) - striker
The 20-year-old has made a stunning impact since arriving on loan. Silky smooth in possession and carrying the ball forward with ease, he was involved in all three goals against promotion rivals Brighton and scored against Leeds and QPR.

Jota (Brentford) - winger
Has returned from an extended loan spell in Spain with a refreshed appetite for Championship football. Pacy and direct, his haul of five goals and two assists in February included his first Brentford hat-trick in the 4-2 win over Rotherham.

Aiden McGeady (Preston North End) - midfielder
February was the month in which he found his feet in English football. Superbly gifted and able to drift past players at will, he scored three fine individual goals - two against Brentford - and contributed four assists as well.

Kenneth Zohore (Cardiff City) - striker
The Dane has been transformed under Neil Warnock`s management. Encouraged to use his pace behind defences, he scored five goals in as many games, finishing with power against Fulham and a delicious lob against Rotherham.

Winners will be announced on Friday 10th February 2017.
