Harris In Team Of Midweek (17/2/17)

Harris In Team Of Midweek (17/2/17)

Cardiff City are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected after this week's action.

The performance by Kadeem Harris in the four three victory over Derby County in midweek at the iPro Stadium was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.

I think we'll already know ourselves, and not just based on the latest performance, why Harris was selected as part of the team but explaining the choice - the FL blurb read.

'Harris starred for Cardiff in a topsy-turvy encounter against Derby County at Pride Park. The Bluebirds were two goals down early on, but the winger's brace inspired a comeback in a last-gasp 4-3 triumph.'

It's always good to see the club represented in this way, and well played to Harris for his recognition, but the most important thing about the game was of course the points.

Full Team:

Luke Daniels (Scunthorpe United), Enda Stevens (Portsmouth), Peter Clarke (Oldham Athletic), Vincent Sasso (Sheffield Wednesday), Jake Buxton (Wigan Athletic), Jason Demetriou (Southend United), Kadeem Harris (Cardiff City), Jimmy Smith (Crawley Town), Gavin Massey (Leyton Orient), Tom Bradshaw (Barnsley), Billy Kee (Accrington Stanley).

Manager - David Artell (Crewe Alexandra).
