Hull City top, Cardiff City bottom

This weekend's upcoming fixture sees the two ends of the Championship stectrum for discipline.

Hull City are statistically the worst disciplined side in the Coca-Cola Championship with a staggering 351 fouls this season, thats an average of 16 per game or a foul every 5 and a half minutes!

Cardiff City have conceded the least fouls in the Championship with just 222 fouls (despite having 5 red cards, second only to Burnley with 6). Cardiff City concede, on average, 11 fouls per game.

Hull City currently lie in 23rd place, just one place off the bottom and 6 points from safety while the Bluebirds are still riding high despite a recent poor run and currently sit in 3rd place.

Hull City are currently without a manager since Phil Parkinson's departure, but Phil Brown will take charge for the Bluebirds clash while Iain Dowie is in talks to become Parkinson's long-term successor.

Whatever happens, an important game for both sides and let's hope the new manager can instill a change in the dirty dirty tactics of Hull City!

Hopefully their results will not start to pick up until after this weekend!
