Earnshaw In Talks Over MLS Move
Cardiff City striker Robert Earnshaw is in negotiations to secure a move to Major League Soccer, following Kenny Miller's path to Vancouver Whitecaps last season. Wales International Earnshaw is a target for Toronto and a loan deal is close to an agreement.
Earnshaw has virtually no chance of securing any first team action with the Bluebirds and in reality he is already behind Campbell, Bellamy, Helguson, Mason and Gestede in Malky Mackay's plans.
Earnshaw has already spent time on loan with Maccaibi Tel Aviv in Israel this season and remains desperate for action. At 31, his playing career is not yet over but his next move is all important. His current spell with the Bluebirds has been far from satisfactory and he is clearly not a part of Mackay's first team squad. nevertheless his attitude and professionalism is top notch and Earnshaw deserves great credit and continued admiration from the club where he made his name.
A move is preferable for all parties now and hoepfully Earnie can be back playing, and scoring goals, very soon.
