An Apology To Vincent Tan And TG

An Apology To Vincent Tan And TG

Contrary to popular belief, no-one is in a position to comment on behalf of Cardiff City Fans as a whole.

However, many Cardiff City fans have rightly been embarrassed, disgusted and offended by some of the vitriolic and shameful abuse banded about on various messageboards and social media sites.

The heightened tensions, emotions and passion for our Football Club is not in question, but is no excuse.

Had the proposed changes been made, behind our backs, and with the intention to decieve and dilute our identity - we would have cause for complaint, though not abuse. In my personal opinion, the proposals were planned in good faith and with a wholly desirable goal in mind. For that we should be thankful to our backers, and want to work with them towards a positive future.

Those making threats and completely un-necessary remarks towards individuals are thankfully in a minority, and I firmly believe are a sub-group that the vast majority of Cardiff City fans will never condone, and are embarrassed to have associated with our club.
