Cardiff City are set to unveil KLenny Miller as the experienced frontman to bring the best from the likes of Rob Earnshaw and promising frontman Joe Mason.
The Bluebirds had hoped to officially announce the deal during the 9am press conference last Friday. The trasnfer appeared to have been completed, but the club were forced to postpone with a key document yet to be forwarded from Bursaspor. Malky Mackay had then hoped to tie up the deal before the end of Friday but was again left frustrated.
The paperwork is necessary to obtain International clearance for Miller's transfer but has still yet to arrive with the Bluebirds and Miller was unable to take part against Bournemouth.
Cardiff City fans are reluctant to beleive 'done deal' transfers until all the necessary paperwork has been completed. Players such as Marcus Bent, Chris Killen and Jody Morris have all undergone last minute changes of heart and pulled out of deals.
Whilst all appears done and dusted, Miller is yet to be unveiled as a Cardiff City player so watch this space. Former trialist Rudy Gestade is also set to be unveiled after passing his medical and agreeing personal terms.
Assuming there are no more delays, the above duo will join Jon Parkin, Robert Earnshaw and Joe Mason as first team strikers while youngster Nathaniel Jarvis will also hope to experience some first team action this season.
