Cardiff City To Face Parma FC In Friendly
Cardiff City will face Italian side Parma FC in a pre-season friendly when the Serie A giants tour the UK in July and August.
The Cardiff City website has yet to confirm the fixture, though the official Parma site has them down to play the Bluebirds on 30th July at 3pm before they face Luton Town and newly promoted Premiership duo QPR and Normich City.
The match will provide aboth sides with a chance to get some much needed match practise ahead of the respective new seasons while one member of the Italian touring party will be no stranger to South Wales with striker Fabio Borini having recently left Chelsea to join Parma, but after enjoying a fruitful loan spell with our rivals Swansea City - helping the Swans get promoted.
