Cardiff City Seek Home Advantages

Cardiff City enter a crucial period of the season with the top of the Championship looking tighter than ever and dropped points causing serious problems for those promotion chasing clubs.

With games coming thick and fast, any blip in form has serious implications and ones that will certainly matter come May when two teams will be spared the pressure and heartache of the play-offs.

Currently in third, the Bluebirds are well places to continue our push for automatic promotion with the upcoming fixtures providing a real chance of accruing serious points.

Whilst no games are easy, City will play four of the next five fixtures at home - and will be looking for maximum points from those games, despite tough games expected against Watford, Reading and Burnley. Sandwiched between those home games, is a massive trip to face fellow high fliers Swansea City - always a massive fixture.

Bluebirds upcoming five fixtures:

Watford (home, tomorrow), Reading (home, Tues Feb 1), Swansea City (away, Sunday, February 6), Scunthorpe United (home, Saturday, February 12) and Burnley (home, Tuesday, February 15).
