Cardiff City vs Norwich City (Latest Team News)

Cardiff City could have the luxury of naming the same starting XI for the third match in succession when Norwich City visit CCS this weekend.

The Bluebirds have seen Bellamy and Chopra return to fitness recently, and neither has suffered any adverse reaction and are expected to start.

There is also good news regarding on-loan Manchester United starlet Danny Drinkwater, who returned to full training this week. The energetic midfielder is back in contention, but will be hoping for a place on the bench at best.

Chris Riggott (various) and Paul Quinn (ankle) are both out of contention, but that leaves the Bluebirds with a strong squad to choose from.

Norwich City do have some injury concerns with defenders Adam Drury, Michael Nelson, and Zak Whitbread (both ankle) all sidelined. Midfielders Andrew Surman (knee) and Stephen Hughes are also ruled out.

Fellow midfielder Matt Gill is available after returning from a month-long loan spell at Peterborough, but former Swansea City man Owain Tudur-Jones remains on loan at Plymouth Argyle.
