Cardiff City See Off Another Court Order

Cardiff City See Off Another Court Order

Cardiff City were in court yet again today over non-payment of debts to HMRC. The winding up order was brought prior to a significant repayment made last Friday, following further investment from Chairman TG and consequent lifting of the transfer embargo.

The court date was therefore expected to be a formality, but further payments are imminent to HMRC and if we are unable to apy on time, there may yet be another petition lodged with the courts and further embargos to come.

Although expected, this is welcome news and further underlines the excellent progress and continued commitment under the new board.

Back to football matter now (hopefully!)
