Cardiff City play their last league game ever at Ninian Park knowing that a point would place them mathematically in the play-off zone with a game to go - a good acheivement and real shot at promotion.
However, while our fate remains wholly in our own hands - few would bet against Swansea City and/or Preston North End gaining maximum points from their two remaining games meaning that we really could do with getting that last point in today's home match against Ipswich Town.
It would be extremely difficult to go to Sheffield Wednesday away needing to notch a point and the added pressure could see a great season's work wasted. Today represents our best chance and a chance to settle our future early - an important factor given the immense pressure involved with the play-offs.
Roy Keans and Ipswich Town stand in the way, a point is all thats needed and who cares how it comes...?
