Cardiff City Welcome Back Roger Johnson

Cardiff City defender has beaten the odds and is named in the Bluebirds line-up to face Preston North End after recovering from a fractured larynx.

Claude Davis inflicted the injury with a violent elbow and has been banned by the FA, Roger was desperate to return and received a great welcome from the travelling City fans.

Darren Purse is named on the bench in case Roger struggles with his breathing.

In one other change, Michael Chopra is relegated to the bench allowing McCormack to switch up-front and Peter Whittingham returns on the right wing.
