Thanks To Blackpool As Preston Lose !
Cardiff City were given a boost ahead of the match against Crystal Palace as Blackpool scored a surprise away win over Preston North End.
Charlie Adam's first half goal saw Preston North End lose the chance to close the gap on us. The Lilywhites remain closest to challenging the play-off positions but are 5 points behind, having played two games more.
Blackpool needed the points to help in the fight against relegation but have the thanks of Cardiff City, Swansea City, Burnley and Bristol City tonight.
