Paul Parry Calls For Cardiff City Unity

Cardiff City winger, part-time striker and emergency full-back Paul Parry has called for everyone associated with Cardiff City football club to stand together and unite as the season reaches its climax. With Cardiff City potentially in contention for an automatic promotion place, things are really hotting up but back-to-back away defeats at relegation threatened Southampton and Norwich City have hampered the Bluebirds` charge up the leageue.

A play-off place looks the most likely outcome for City but the players have not given up on the automatics, and want the full backing of the fans to help mount a final assault.

Parry told the Western Mail:

"Everyone has got to stick together now and that means the fans as well as the players."

"We have got a good squad and it is just a matter now of everyone sticking together."

"What we need to do is make one final big push."

The only frustration Cardiff City fans can possibly have is that we are letting good chances slip. Any sane fan would have taken this position at the start of the season, and been simply astounded by the re-capture of Chopra and Quincy/Burke signings. It`s the same for all the top teams, with many faltering in a highly competitive division. We still have games in hand, and the potential and desire to make them count.
