Norwich City vs Cardiff City (Team News)

Cardiff City boss Dave Jones will give late fitness tests to five of his injured stars ahead of the game. Jay Bothroyd limped off on Saturday but his calf may be ready for tonights game - Eddie Johnson is on standby.

Mark kennedy also tweaked his hamstring against Doncaster Rovers, but could recover in time - Comminges and Tony Capaldi are both hoping for a call-up in his absence while Keven mcNaughton could slot in on the left or right if his back problem has improved.

Stephen McPhail is near a return from a bruised pancreas but is only likely to get a bench place even if passed fit. Michael Chopra's heel looks likely to improve enough for him to start, Ross McCormack kept on the bench again.

Norwich City will be without Jonathan Grounds who has ended his loan spell and returned to Middlesborough. Former captains Adam Drury and Mark Fotehringham will also miss out with a knee injury and disciplinary problems respectively.

Alan Gow (who scored against us for Blackpool this season) is hoping for a recall as the Canaries chase a much needed win.

And you didn't - need to start picking up some points away from home if you are going to maintain that play-off spot.
