Another Saturday - No Football For Cardiff City

Another Saturday - No Football For Cardiff City

Cardiff City fans have forgotten what football on a Saturday feels like, as our Championship rivals rack up ANOTHER game on us as we wait until Sunday to face table-toppers Wolves.

We haven't played Championship football for what seems like an age and could lose our play-off position come 5pm today if results don't go our way - that would put added pressure on us tomorrow.

Still, our rivals have not been taking advantage lately and hopefully that will continue today with Coventry City able to do us a favour at home to Birmingham City. Struggling Plymouth Argyle would love a win over Sheffield United at Home Park - and so would Bluebirds fans with the Blades on level points.

QPR and Ipswich Town are both lurking just outside the play-offs and face each other tomorrow while Bristol City (also just below the play-offs) face a tricky trip to Reading in 3rd place.

Preston will be confident of getting a win at lowly Southampton, but the Saints are always capable of an upset while two form sides of the Championship go head to head as Swansea City travel to face Doncaster Rovers - 7 wins in 8 for Donny - more of the same please!

The Championship table could have an altogether different look by tonight, Cardiff City fans get their Saturday kicks from watching otehrs' results roll in - at least we have a game this week !
