Cardiff Caity Wrap Up Ex-Arsenal Winger Signing

Cardiff City have wrapped up the signing of former Arsenal attacker Quincy Owusu-Abeyie on loan from Spartak Moscow for the remainder of the season. The pacy wideman had been on loan this season with rivals Birmingham City and Bluebirds fans may remember the impressive goal scored by 'Quincy` against us in the 2-1 home defeat to the Blues earlier this season. Wuincy stunned the Bluebirds after cutting in at speed from the left before curling a well placed shot across Heaton and into the far corner.

The capture of 22 year old Quincy is a real signal of intent from the Bluebirds about the rest of the season. We know he can play well at this level, he has scored against us and Derby County before seemingly being replaced at St Andrews by Hameur Bouazza.

Dave Jones revealed he was deeply impressed by Quincy`s attitude to the move, and hunger to prove himself. We also have an option to make the stay permanent in the summer should Quincy impress over the next few months.
