Cardiff City Land Routledge From Aston Villa

Cardiff City have reportedly swooped in the loan market and pulled off what appears to be an excellent signing with Aston Villa winger Wayne Routledge reportedly joining for 2 months.

Roudledge is an exciting player, pacy and with brilliant skill. His career has declined somehat after an exciting start but he found first team opportunities hard to come by at Tottenham Hotspur and evenutally joined Aston Villa in January this year - making just 2 appearances for the midlands club.

Routledge will see this move as a chance to revive his career while his capture boosts our ranks with only Paul Parry as a fit winger at present. The 23 year old is another high profile loan signing to follow the capture of Michael Chopra - also to cover injuries.
