Cardiff City Beat Crystal Palace - Boss Comments
Cardiff City manager Dave Jones was pleased to get the win his side deserved and with the better luck his side received from the match officials. Jones told BBC Sport:
'I was so angry at half-time because we totally dominated the game and to be caught with one straight ball down the middle was disappointing but we fell asleep.'
'Overall we deserved the victory by the way we played and dominated for long spells.'
Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock was forced to bite his tongue, though admitting he was hugely disappointed:
'I thought we played well and I was very pleased with the performance.'
'The disappointing thing for me was that I thought the referee did his best. Referee's should be educated in the game by former players as it is not all about the laws.'
