Cardiff City: We Are Top Of The (Form) League !!!

Cardiff City have picked up the handy trait of turning draws into wins of late and remain unbeaten away from home with just the one defeat to Birmingham City denying us an unbeaten league record. The recent run of results, despite not playing brilliantly, has seen us climb to 3rd place in the Championship.

In terms of form, there is no better side in this division than the Bluebirds having collected an impressive 14 points from the last 18 on offer with 4 wins and 2 draws.

Our friends from the West are amongst several teams in second place with Swansea City collecting 11 points after defeat by Wolverhampton Wanderers - our next opponents.

Wolves are not in the best of form themselves, despite topping the table! From their last 6 games they have accrued 9 points through three wins although they have also lost 3 times in that sequence.

Doncaster Rovers are the bottom rated side in terms of form collecting a meagre 1 point while Nottingham Forest, whom we were fortunate to beat on Saturday have just 4 points.

In good form, at home and against the club topping the Championship yet in inconsistent form - sets up a mouthwatering clash for Saturday hopefully in front of a packed Ninian Park.

Should be one of the games of the season. With a bumper Ninian Park crowd, we should win, or at the very worst, collect a point. Exciting times for Cardiff..
