Coventry Fan's View On Cardiff City Clash

Cardiff City host Coventry City at home tonight, looking to turn things around after two straight disappointing defeats. We spoke to Alex over at Vital Coventry to get his views on the Sky Blues so far:

Aspirations for the season ?

A mid-table finish would be definite progress after last year.

Happy with the start?

Absolutely. City have been tough to beat and hopefully will start scoring goals soon.

Satisfied with the summer transfer dealings?

Yes - Westwood in goal, Gunnarsson in midfield and both Eastwood and Morrison have made themselves key players.

Freddie Eastwood angled for a move to us over the summer- thoughts so far?

Surprised at the quality of his play outside the box and after Saturday hopefully he will start banging in the goals.

Player to watch Tuesday?

If Gunnarsson plays his long throws are dangerous and have already led to a couple of goals this season.

If you could have one Cardiff City player on a free - who and why?

Joe Ledley - then we could sell him for big money!

Prediction for the game?

Happy with a point.

Many thanks to Alex for his views, Hopefully City will put a more inspiring performance in and get a crucial early goal. Another defeat is almost unthinkable.
