'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jones: 'Your team needs you'

Despite being one of the favourites to go down at the start of the season, but now the club are within touching distance of the play offs.

Just three points is separating Cardiff from a play off place and the manager is calling for non regulars to show up at Ninian Park and roar the team onto a play off spot.

The loacal paper, the South Wales Echo is backing a campaign entitled ‘Everything To Play For' which highlights the fact that Cardiff are nearer to the Premiership than some may think.

Jones is fully backing the campaign and wants to be the man to steer Cardiff back to the top flight.

'We all believe we can still make the play-we offs and we'll give everything we have to achieve that,' Jones told the Echo.

'We need every ounce of support we can get at our final five remaining home games.

'The noise levels reached by supporters at this ground can be deafening.
We have five home games to go and your support adds an extra factor to the game.

'It really would be fantastic if everyone could come to these last few games, starting with Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, and help us with our final push.

'Let's raise the roof here at Ninian Park. The crowd has an important part to play in enhancing the team performance.

'The second half against Burnley was outstanding and the players responded in kind.

'We need to recreate that atmosphere.'
