Cardiff City Fans Escape Tube Chaos

Cardiff City Fans Escape Tube Chaos

Cardiff City fans will be relieved to hear that the Tube strike planned for the evening of our FA Cup semi-final clash with Barnsley is to be called off.

Official confirmation has not been recieved from the union, but reports from London indicate the strike, scheduled to begin at 6.30 on the 6th April - will not go ahead.

The tube strike would only have added to the problems, and confusion many supporters will encounter as 90000 Cardiff City and Barnsley supporters descend on the capital.

Whether the semi-final had anything to do with the decision is unknown, but we are grateful for the action and hope that the situation can be resolved to the benefit of everyone.
