Cardiff Man Extends Cherries Stay

Cardiff City's third choice goalkeeper David Forde has extended his emergency loan period with league one side Bournemouth. The Irishman will now see out the remainder of the season with the Cherries as they try to save themselves from relegation.

Forde has been at Bournemouth for some time but has settled well and impressed on the South coast making some excellent saves.

Forde has rarely featured for City since joining last year, Peter Enckelman looks certain to remain first choice keeper with experienced former Wolves stopper Michael Oakes as back-up.
