Wales U21s Claim Crucial Win

Wales U21 young guns earned a remarkable victory in the Euro U21 Championships by beating Bosnia 2-1.

The youngsters trailed to a Dialiba goal for Bosnia in the second half. Despite naming a strong line-up, and enjoying plenty of possession - Wales found it tough to create good scoring chances.

However, substitute Simon Church grabbed a vital equaliser in the 88th minute before Ched Evans (scorer of 2 when Norwich City beat Cardiff City) turned and fired home a second to give the Welsh an unlikely win.

2 goals in the final 2 minutes turned the game on its head and the Brian Flynn revolution continues.

Cardiff City youngster Aaron Ramsey started and played 70 minutes while fellow teenage Jon Brown was a 55th minute replacement. Darcy Blake was ruled out by a groin strain but is hoping to be fit for the weekend game against Southampton.
