Ridsdale Positive Over Court Case

Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale has been advised by the Cardiff City lawyers that the delay in announcing the decision of Mr Justice Briggs is a good sign for the club.

After a 2 day hearing, no decision has been given although we expect to hear by Wednesday whether Langston has succeeded in its bid to secure a 'summary judgement' against Cardiff City FC.

However, the lawyers representing CCFC are positive and believe the delay is indication that there must be a case to conside and that Langston will NOT be given the judgement ( a result which would plunge City into administration).

Travelling back on the train from London last night, Risdale, accompanied by Mike Hall, gave his take on the matter and remained positive over our position.

westonal
according to sam, hes doing this to buy us back, but its not the way to win the fans hearts back. if he was such a big lover of cardiff city, then why couldnt he let ridsdale do his work, hes done a mircale at cardiff PR has and now, if sam comes back, all the work PR did was for nothing

he's blown it and he's hanging on for sheer bloody minded pride. Sam will NEVER be a part of Cardiff City again.
