Cardiff City play host to struggling Leicester City this weekend, Vital Cardiff spoke to Foxes fan 'Leicester Rob' ahead of the game:
Lowly league position - what are your feelings?
It`s unbelievably frustrating. We`re so inconsistent and everfy time we get optimistic about something, we get knocked right back down. I do think a lot is down to luck and confidence but there`s no way we should be fighting relegation, I know everyone say`s that but we could easily get relegated which, given the stadium and finances, is ridiculous.
Holloway latest through the managerial turnstile, the right man?
He`s a character, but I do feel he`s better suited to a smaller 'family` club like Plymouth. He brought all those boys through and did a terrific job, but its different at Leicester. I`m not overly impressed with the Hayles signing but he does need time to build a squad. Results improved briefly but not well enough to make a difference yet.
Leicester City player to watch and why?
It will be great to have Matty Fryatt back in the side after injury but at the moment Ian Hume consistently produced something for us. Nothing too spectacular but always good for a goal.
If you could have one Cardiff player on a free - who and why?
I`d take Stephen McPhail from your midfield, a quality player with quick feet and great passing. Always thought he was destined for the Premiership - he doesn`t score too many but I think he`s be brilliant at creating for the likes of Howard, Fryatt and Campbell.
Prediction for the game
We`re away from home so a draw is the best I see us getting. 1-1.
Thanks again to Rob for his views.
