Cardiff City Cup Game Live On BBC

Cardiff City Cup Game Live On BBC

Cardiff City's FA Cup quarter final showdown away at either Sheffield United or Middlesborough will be shown live on BBC.

The game has been scheduled for 1310pm on 9 March meaning that Cardiff City fans unable to make the long trip North will still be able to watch the Bluebirds in action.

Cardiff were handed the less than glamourous tie but will see the encounter as a genuine chance to progress. It would take a good performance to win either game away from home, but is certainly possible while gaining a draw and winning the replay at Ninian Park is another real option for Cardiff City to land a lucrative semi-final date at Wembley.

With their opponents yet to be decided, Cardiff are focussing on the league for the moment but will certainly benefit financially from the cup run. Hopefully it will continue after 9th March.
